Swedish juggernaut Meshuggah are set to celebrate 40 years of djent-pressed heaviness in 2027, having just announced a North American anniversary tour that’ll have them crushing venues with thrash pioneers Testament and death-metal adventurists Blood Incantation.
Dubbed the “Forty-Year Anomaly” tour, Meshuggah confirmed the upcoming trek today (October 27th). It launches February 12th at the Coca-Cola Coliseum in Toronto, Ontario. The tour will cross both sides of the U.S./Canada border between then and May, and Meshuggah have also timed the trip to make stops at Welcome to Rockville, Sonic Temple and Milwaukee Metal Fest.
An artist pre-sale began today, while tickets go on sale to the general public this Friday (October 30th) at 10 a.m. local. You’ll find more ticketing info here, while the date breakdown is below.
The upcoming “Forty-Year Anomaly” tour will be Meshuggah’s first major North American tour since their 2025 headline run with Carcass and Cannibal Corpse.
